The websites of the Red Nose Caring Clown Association, Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”), including Red Nose Doctor CRM, the Red Nose Doctor Charity Shop, etc., as well as all websites and webpages that may be added in the future (hereinafter referred to as “the Association’s Websites”), hereby explain this Privacy Policy to you in order to enable you to use the various services and information provided by the Association’s Websites with peace of mind and to protect your rights and interests. Scope of Application of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the Association’s Websites handle personally identifiable information collected when you use the website services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to linked websites outside the Association’s Websites, nor does it apply to personnel who are not commissioned by or involved in managing the Association’s Websites.

- Name of the collecting entity: Red Nose Caring Clown Association, Republic of China

The Association will process your request as soon as possible after receiving it.

We ask for your understanding.
Explanation of the Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data
- The Association may, through Facebook or similar social networking services, publish certain information from the Association’s Websites on your social activity page after obtaining your consent. If you do not consent to the publication of such information, please do not click the consent button. Explanation of the Collection, Processing, and Use of Audio-Visual Records
- The Association may take photographs, record video, record audio, and conduct other forms of activity documentation during events organized by the Association itself, including but not limited to lectures, educational campaigns, courses, and workshops.
- During lectures, courses, or workshops, the Association may arrange still and motion photography to document the process. Ownership of the resulting photographs and video files belongs to the Association.
- The Association undertakes that, when documenting activities, it will not intrude into participants’ private lives, and that the resulting photographs and videos will be used only for activity documentation and for promotional activities, production of publicity materials and publications, and other purposes within the scope of the Association’s business.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The rights and obligations arising between members and the Association from members’ use of these services on the Association’s Websites shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes arising from members’ use of these services or from these Terms, if litigated, shall, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Shilin District Court as the court of first instance.
