If your credit card has expired, been replaced, lost, or otherwise needs to be updated, please select this option. After verifying your information, we will cancel the existing card payment arrangement and contact you by E-mail with a dedicated donation link so you can set up your donation again.

If you would like to change your donation amount, please select this option and enter the new amount. After verifying your information, we will update the donation amount and send you the revised donation details by E-mail for confirmation and record keeping.

If you would like to stop your recurring credit card donation, please select this option. After verifying your information, we will cancel the recurring payment and send you a cancellation confirmation by E-mail for your records.
