【Announcement】Fundraising Channel Update: Making Your Support More Precise and Sustainable
Dear Dr. Red Nose supporters, hello everyone:
Thank you so much for your long-standing support of Dr. Red Nose! Recently, we shared our considerations regarding the administrative costs of third-party platforms and received thoughtful responses from many of you, who proactively switched to channels with lower administrative costs. Your thoughtfulness has touched us deeply.
Today, we would like to share an update: Based on yesterday’s review, our fundraising needs for this year’s “2026 Dr. Red Nose Caring Clown Service Promotion Program” are almost fully met. The funds raised for this project are designated exclusively for services and talent training at specific hospitals, as well as international exchange programs. Thank you for giving this support such a wonderful beginning.
Fundraising Channel Update
Because donations made through the LINE Pay公益 platform, JKO公益, Shopee, convenience-store kiosks, convenience-store apps, and other channels are all legally and accounting-wise considered part of this fundraising project, as this project’s fundraising goal is nearly met, we will temporarily suspend the use of the donation channels listed above .
We Still Need Your Support
Dr. Red Nose’ services are not limited to a single project. We currently serve across Taiwan at 15 resident hospitals and 35 service locations, providing an average of more than 136 professional support sessions each month. At the same time, the scope of our services will continue to expand.

Future Donation Channels
For now, we will retain only the “general fundraising” channel. This is not only to comply with regulations, but also because official channels have lower administrative costs, ensuring that every dollar of your generosity can be put to the fullest possible use in our regular services.
A Sincere Appeal for Small Monthly Donations
Treatment in hospitals can sometimes last for several months or even longer. That is why Dr. Red Nose accompany children over the long term, bringing smiles back to them.
Small monthly donations make it possible for this to continue. If you are willing, a few hundred dollars each month gives us the strength to enter every hospital ward consistently.
