The purpose of this project is to bring professional performing arts into medical institutions and care-related organizations in Taiwan, enabling Red Nose Caring Clowns to provide high-quality performances and companionship to patients and their families, adding moments of joy to their anxious and stressful treatment journeys, alleviating the heavy work pressure experienced by healthcare teams and helping professionals, and offering encouragement to everyone in Taiwan’s medical institutions and care-related organizations. Through talent development and educational outreach activities, the project will influence more helping professionals, healthcare workers, professional performers, and members of the general public, filling all care spaces with warmth and laughter, raising public awareness of the importance of compassionate healthcare, and unlocking everyone’s power to help others through a smile.
