2026 Smile Tour Children’s Day Tour: Alien Dumi’s Earth Smile Mission—fundraising campaign officially launched!

Every April, while most children run in the sunlight and unwrap gifts, some children can only see the sky through a window. Within the white castle of a hospital ward, fear and anxiety often replace the joy of the holidays. Dr. Red Nose firmly believe that even in a treatment setting, children should have the right to play and the courage to laugh out loud.

In 2026, Dr. Red Nose’ annual program “Smile Tour Children’s Day Tour” officially begins!

This year’s program ambassador—the red-nosed alien “Dumi”—has come to Earth with a special mission. Together with Dr. Red Nose team, Dumi will embark on a laughter mission spanning Taiwan, bringing the “Medical Clown Joy Show,” created especially for hospital ward environments, to children everywhere.

This annual tour is different from our daily ongoing services. We will bring this wonder drug called “happiness” to more locations that are usually harder to reach.

• Mission Scale: Deliver [[ [DESIGNHU_TOKEN_000026]]]39 exclusive tour performances.
• Expected Impact: Bring healing energy to more than [[ [DESIGNHU_TOKEN_000032]]]2,000 children, family members, and healthcare workers.
• Program Budget: Total funding required: [[ [DESIGNHU_TOKEN_000038]]]NT$2.2 million (including professional rehearsals, intercity transportation, performer fees, and props and consumables).
